Auckland Silks Dinner - Refund information

Please complete the following form either to confirm your booking for the new date of Thursday, 21 October 2021 OR for a refund for your ticket(s) to the cancelled dinner on 31 August 2021.  Our preference is to refund via bank transfer.  In order to provide you with a full refund or include you in the rescheduled event, please complete and submit the form below.
