This package includes:

  • Light lunch from from 12.00pm to 1.00pm;
  • Friday afternoon conference sessions;
  • Saturday conference sessions;
  • Bagged lunch;
  • Saturday afternoon activity (including transfers) - click here to view optional activities; and
  • Saturday night formal dinner - Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre (WWII Exhibition) (including transfers).

 How to Book

  Booking your conference ticket:

  1. Click on Register Attendees. Complete the booking form at end of page by entering your email address and clicking "Look Up"
  2. Enter your name as you would like it to appear on your lanyard and name tag and any dietary or other special requirements.  If you have none, type none.
  3. Click on "Add to Cart". You should have one item in your shopping cart.
  4. Book your optional activity by clicking on the link next to activity you would like to book from the list below. 
  5. Register Attendee and add your optional activity ticket to your cart.  You should now have two items in your shopping cart.
  6. Go to your cart (link in the top menu) to complete the checkout process.  Remove any unwanted/duplicate tickets and check out using your preferred payment option.
  7. When you have completed checkout, you will be sent a confirmation email.

  Booking dinner or an activity for your partner:

  1. AFTER you have booked your ticket and completed the checkout process, click here to access the Partner's Booking Form
  2. Fill out the form with your partner’s options.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email together with an invoice from our Administrator. Please pay the invoice promptly to secure the selected optional activity.

Additional Information

Accommodation and Travel:
Accommodation and travel to and from the conference are not included in the price. Flights and transfers to and from the hotel/conference can be booked via your own travel agent or refer to the conference brochure to utilise our travel agent.

The NZBA has negotiated preferential rates and secured accommodation at various properties located within easy walking distance of the Marlborough Convention Centre. Click here to view details on these properties. Once you have selected a preferred hotel please download and fill in the Accommodation and Booking Form and email it to Michael Hartmann.

Optional Activities:
After you have purchased your conference ticket, a notification will be sent to you with a link for booking your optional activity. Please do so early as numbers are strictly limited for some activities.  If you do not complete this step you will not be included in an optional activity.

Partners:
Only members may attend the Conference sessions. Partners may purchase tickets to attend the optional activities and dinners. After you have booked your tickets, please complete a form for your partner's dinner attendance and/or optional activities and you will be sent an invoice.

Prices:
Prices are listed in NZ$ and include GST.  
Prices do not include accommodation or travel.

Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation and Alteration Policy - If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Details of the substituted person must be advised to NZBA in writing by Monday 11 September 2017 prior to conference. Where no substitute can be nominated, you must cancel in writing by 31 August 2017 to receive a full refund (less a $100 administration fee). Thereafter no refund will be provided.
Accommodation Cancellations - Accommodation cancellations are subject to the terms of the accommodation provider.
Flight Cancellations - Flight cancellations are subject to the terms of the airline.
Alterations to Conference programme - While every effort will be made to conduct this conference according to the programme, the NZBA reserves the right to vary, amend or cancel any part of the conference if circumstances arise which require such action and the NZBA shall not be held responsible for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person as a consequence.
