Electronic Document Practice Note 2017 issued by Court of Appeal
The President and Judges of the Court of Appeal have released the Electronic Document Practice Note 2017.
The Practice Note is a guideline to be used by counsel and the Court and is intended to encourage and facilite the use of electronic documents for civil cases in the Court of Appeal.
This Practice Note comes into effect from 1 October 2017, applies to civil appeals filed after the commencement date but does not apply to applications for leave to appeal or other interlocutory applications unless the Court directs otherwise. Click here to read the Practice Note.
