Special sitting of Employment Court to swear in new Employment Court Judge
There will be a special sitting of the Court to swear into office Wellington lawyer Joanna Holden as a Judge of the Employment Court. Judge Holden will be based in Auckland.

Counsel are invited to gown for this occasion if they wish.
The sitting will be held at 1 pm on Friday 8 September 2017 in Wellington in Courtroom 5.01 on level 5 of the District Court in Ballance Street. The ceremonial sitting, which will last about an hour, will be followed by a light afternoon tea.
