A formal sitting to mark the retirement of Hon. Justice Fogarty will take place at the Christchurch High Court on Friday 11 August at 3.45pm. Members are invited to attend. Please arrive at 3.30 to allow time to be seated.
Dress for the ceremony is black gowns, no wigs.
QCs are requested to RSVP for seating purposes.
The ceremony will be followed by afternoon tea.
