About this On-Demand Webinar

This presentation is free for NZBA members until 1 July 2020. It is aimed at practitioners who are interested in a quick start guide to using the Microsoft TEAMS videoconferencing platform.  It is suitable for both those involved in online dispute resolution and court hearings using TEAMS.

Matthew Clayton demonstrates practical steps to setting up a TEAMS meeting, pre-meeting preparation, in-meeting document sharing, whiteboard use, online agreement drafting and obtaining signatures. Matthew draws from his extensive experience working with government and lay-client parties and the challenges and options for making online dispute resolution an inclusive and successful process.

Chris Gudsell QC and Ian Robertson QC consider advocacy aspects of using TEAMS. They demonstrate techniques and give tips in conjunction with clips from a video of a court hearing.
