Spend the free afternoon zip lining through the treetops of Mamaku taking in a mix of ecology and adventure.
Zip-line through the wonderful native trees of Mamaku Forest taking in an awesome mix of ecology and adventure. This zip-line adventure activity is the experience of a lifetime. It’s a magnificent environment where you visit a long forgotten ancient New Zealand forest just like the whole of New Zealand once was. But we have a very fun way of moving through it – a low impact mode of transport to get you high in the ancient canopy!
This activity is free for registrants who have purchased a Conference ticket, but you must still register as an attendee and add to cart to add this to your booking (below).

Each member may book one optional activity ticket.
Special Equipment and Experience Level:
- Comfortable walking clothes and closed toe footwear.
- Max weight of 120kg.
- All necessary equipment will be provided.
- Ability Level Grade 3 - Medium Difficulty – Moderate level of fitness required (should be able to walk medium distances). Activities may take place on uneven terrain or have an element of easy adventure.
Transport:
Transfers are included. A bus will leave from the Novotel at 1.00pm precisely and return you to the Novotel by 5.00pm.
Partners:

Lunch:
A bagged lunch will be available at the hotel upon departure. Please collect it before you leave.

Prices are listed in NZ$ and include GST.
Prices do not include accommodation or travel.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the conference, and have advised a substitute is attending in your place, that substitute can contact the NZBA in writing by Friday 14 September 2018 to change to an alternative optional activity prior to conference (subject to availability). Click here to contact the NZBA. No refunds are provided for optional activities.
While every effort will be made to conduct this conference according to the programme, the NZBA reserves the right to vary, amend or cancel any part of the conference if circumstances arise which require such action and the NZBA shall not be held responsible for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person as a consequence.
