About Me
Rowan has 20 years of advocacy experience in civil, criminal and regulatory work. Rowan has appeared as counsel in numerous Judge alone and jury trials in the High and District Courts. He has also undertaken civil appeals in the Court of Appeal and criminal appeals on behalf of the Crown. Rowan's regulatory work includes claims for and against lawyers, accountants, pharmacists and nurses. He has appeared in judicial reviews and Inquests for both private and public clients. Rowan has also recently presented seminars for both the NZ Law Society and the ADLS on claims against Lawyers and costs in civil cases.
