About Me
Sarah was has over 20 years' litigation experience, including 8 as a barrister in England. She was admitted to the bar in New Zealand in 2011 and joined the independent bar in 2017.
She provides advice and representation in civil and commercial disputes and specialises in property related disputes. She has acted for individuals and commercial clients throughout New Zealand, Hong Kong, Australia and Europe, in disputes concerning contractual disputes, property and construction disputes, trust and insurance disputes.
Sarah was born in Northern Ireland, educated at Christ's College, University of Cambridge and the Inns of Court School of Law.
She is a member of the Property Law Section of the NZLS. She is an approved legal aid provider and a member of the legal assistance panel for the Sports Tribunal.
Sarah is available for appointment as an experienced civil litigator under the ADLS/REINZ dispute resolution clause.
