CPD Training

In every case involving the evidence of witnesses, whether in affidavit form or viva voce, the quality of the evidence from these witnesses will determine the success or otherwise of your case.  Relevant, clear and focused evidence will impress the tribunal of fact and be a springboard for any legal submissions which follow.

In this webinar you will receive advice as to the preparation of witnesses to give evidence in all jurisdictions.  You will learn the dos and don’ts of preparing witnesses from different cultural / linguistic backgrounds. The result of the webinar will be to give you the knowledge so that when the day of hearing arrives your witnesses are able to give the best possible evidence to assist your case.

Join our panel of Simon Shamy, Iswari Jayanandan and Yvonne Mortimer-Wang as they take you through the best way to prepare witnesses.
